First Things First

Last week I was having dinner with friends, and we were having these off-tellings friends do like "you should do this and that". Then I said, "Guess what, I have another victim". I was refering to a guy from work who I was brainwashing for him to go and find a better job and sort things out with his life (things he used to complain about). Like a councellor, but pretty much acting by my own will than by other people's request.

Then I suddenly thought, that's my mission in life: listen to people's problems (friend's) and point them what they could do to fix the problems, or motivate them with their own life, positive thinking, this kind of thing. If they do or don't what I say, well that's another story, but at least I try to give advice from an impartial point of view, which sometimes is the best advice you can get.

It's not that I'm any hot shot, because I'm not - trying to sort other people's lives while mine's a mess is more like it. I'm nothing but still I try to not let people fall. The Catcher In The Rye.
